10 healthy ways to prepare breakfast with bread


In the daily humdrum of life, it’s very common to skip the morning meal. 1.) French toast with apples

Super quick to make, this recipe requires eggs, bread, apples, milk, cinnamon, and honey. Caramalise apples with a little sugar and keep aside. Now beat the eggs with all ingredients and soak bread in it. Cook on low flame with a little butter and your French Toast is ready. Serve with apples.

2.) Paneer sandwich

If you don’t like the aloo toast then paneer sandwich comes to your rescue. Add grated paneer, your favourite veggies with pepper, salt along with some cheese to a slice of bread and cover with another slice. Pair this with a healthy banana smoothie to add to your nutrition.

3.) Avocado sub

This dish is a great way to enjoy avocados. Rich in vitamins and minerals, avocado is an excellent option to include in your diet. Add some sliced avocados, mayonnaise, onion, tomato, salt, pepper in the bread and grill it. You can tweak this recipe as per your preference. For example, you can add chicken chunks which will make this sub healthier.

4.) Garden vegetable corn bread

This recipe provides you the ultimate nutrition. You can even carry these very easily to your workplace. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Then, whisk these six ingredients: cornmeal/oats, wheat flour, bread chunks, baking powder, spring onion, and salt. Then mix eggs, milk and honey and blended properly. Combine both of them and bake for 15 minutes.

Who said pizza isn’t healthy? This recipe is scrumptious as well as nutritious. Top the bread slices with chopped tomatoes onions, corns, capsicum, tofu along with mozzarella cheese and cook until the cheese melts.

Then take a non-stick pan and add a little oil over medium flame. Add finely chopped onions and green chillies, ginger-garlic paste. Fry for few seconds and then add tomato cubes. Then, add spices, almond pieces, salt, pizza sauce crushed bread and paneer cubes. Toss the ingredients on high flame. Once done, sprinkle lemon juice on the upma and garnish it with coriander leaves.
