3 winter foods that will help reduce acne and clear up your skin

Sebaceous glands, located under our skin are responsible for producing oils to keep the skin moisturised. When the skin becomes dry, these glands produce sebum or oil. This oil can often clog pores in our skin, and lead to breakouts, also known as pimples. When the problem persists, the condition is called acne.
