The aftereffect of the Coronavirus pandemic has made us understand the value of supporting each other. While the global lockdown has impacted the economy badly, it has made the industries stand united.
Recently, Burger King UK won the hearts of netizens when it started to advertise for small restaurants in the United Kingdom on their Instagram page to support them until they reopen.
If we look at the latest advertisement, it says, “There’s more to life than the Whopper..There’s Roti King, Sultan’s Palace, Tayyab’s, Eco, Dumplings Legend, Ochi’s, Damak, Platzki.. In short, there are many great dishes from thousands of restaurants that deserve to be as famous as the whopper.”
The very famous brand further mentioned in the post that it has made its Instagram available for free to all these restaurants until they can reopen.
According to the post, all they need to do is, simply post a signature dish from their restaurant on Instagram using the hashtag #WhopperAndFriends. “They need you more than ever! #WhopperAndFriends” read their caption.
Within a few minutes, the post went viral and garnered more than 35k likes and 5k retweets from the netizens.
