Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor is known for her wafer-thin figure and how she lost several kgs of weight to achieve this look. Her dedication towards fitness is commendable. But her recent breakfast smoothie recipe is surprisingly indulgent and it is made from a chocolate base.
After sharing a photo, Kapoor posted the recipe for her sugar-free smoothie on Instagram stories which was accompanied by a photograph of the actress getting her hair styled.
The smoothie includes 1.5 scoops of melted chocolate, 1 tbsp instant coffee, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 300 mils almond milk. The reason her smoothie recipe does not include sugar is because Kapoor, who suffers from PCOS (a hormonal disorder affecting reproductive women), recently cut it from her diet and even recommended others to do the same.
This breakfast smoothie is delicious, healthy and easily adjustable. You can even add your own twist on it by garnishing with roasted hazelnuts or chia seeds. It is also a great way of enjoying chocolate for breakfast.
