Also, lemon water is good for the replenishment of ascorbic acid or vitamin C in our body which is important for healthy hair and heart.
Lemon juice is believed to help with constipation as well as it prevents the formation of stones in kidneys. So, it can be agreed upon that we can drink lemon water every day and drinking warm lemon water first thing in the morning as it contains potassium which is an essential nutrient required during the summer season.
