To focus on being the best version of yourself, you need to start aggressively chasing your goals, working on self-improvement and most importantly, start taking care of yourself – be it your physical fitness or taking care of your skin. Looking good can make you feel good. But even at a time when men’s grooming is on a high, many men shy away from a face and body-care routine. Here are five grooming habits every man needs to adopt.
Get a Mani-pedi
Traditionally seen as something that only women care for, men shy away from a manicure and pedicure routine. However, if you have nails that often end up looking grubby and chipped, a hand and feet grooming routine is a must for you. Schedule a session at your local unisex salon – or use the various at-home salon services.
Use a Concealer
Don’t get shocked – a concealer is not a gendered product, it’s a blessing instead. If you have a problem with dark circles (courtesy late nights), or acne scars, even zits – they all can be zapped in to oblivion with one product, the concealer. Note: a concealer doesn’t cure a problem, but just hides it. If you want to give it a go, borrow from your partner’s kit.
